Tatyana employs mixed media techniques, using various materials such as molding paste, glass bead gel, inks, spray paint, acrylics, markers, and oils to create textures and achieve a romantic visual effect. Her art often features glittery and sparkly touches.
Tatyana Bolivar was born in Siberia, Russia in 1981. At the age of 19, she relocated to Mexico City to immerse herself in Spanish and Latin culture. Spending nearly 20 years in Mexico greatly influenced her character, exposing her to a contrasting culture and mentality. Following her marriage, she immigrated to California, USA in 2018, where she is currently based with her family.
During the pregnancy of her second child, Tatyana experienced a strong urge to draw and paint. After her baby was born, she discovered her love and passion for art. Despite the challenges of having a newborn, she decided to take her art seriously and embarked on a journey to become a professional artist.
LIFE
Love to art led her to the remarkable Milan Art Institute, where she honed her skills and developed her signature style of combining realistic flowers with abstract backgrounds and mystical elements. She employs mixed media techniques, using various materials such as molding paste, glass bead gel, inks, spray paint, acrylics, markers, and oils to create textures and achieve a romantic visual effect. Her art often features glittery and sparkly touches.
Looking ahead, Tatyana has a vision of creating more artwork featuring floral abstractions and incorporating female figures. She holds infinite ideas and dreams of establishing her own studio and gallery in San Diego, La Jolla.
